Program Overview:
This customer is one of the Big 5 Intelligence agencies and is responsible for designing, building, and operating the Reconnaissance satellites of the US government and providing satellite intelligence to several other government agencies.  The program that our great client directly supports is responsible for the overall desktop configuration, MS Exchange and SharePoint services for the enterprise, advanced auditing capabilities and the enterprise Identity and Access Management Services (IAMS) - including identity correlation and provisioning, access control (ABAC, RBAC and FGAC), PKI certificate authorities and attribute federation - for all of the CONUS/OCONUS sites. 
 
Job Description:
Our great client is seeking highly motivated engineers with a thirst for learning, in support a geographically dispersed, state of the art systems, that seamlessly integrate Linux and Microsoft services.   Positions will provide engineering support to multiple WAN connected sites, with data flows crossing various controlled interfaces, and will follow specific IT project management and engineering lifecycle processes.   Engineers will be responsible for supporting their solutions throughout the IT project lifecycle, to include refining requirements, creating design documentation, creating installation instructions and deployment plans, and providing O&M support.  Project assignments will vary based on skill level, and may include engineering geographically dispersed services, integrating services into public, private and hybrid cloud environments, engineering solutions to be deployed via automated CM tools, and hardening the solutions to address security and SCAP compliance.
  
Minimum Required Skills:
 
  • Engineers with experience creating Windows desktop and server builds, and hardening to meet STIG and SCAP compliance
  • Microsoft Server (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016) and Windows (Windows 7, Windows 10) Operating Systems (OS)
  • Experience with automating application and package deployments using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Experience with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
  • Experience Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or later
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), to include AD replication and Group Policy Object management
  • Experience with Veritas NetBackup
  • Experience with Citrix XenDesktop 7.X
 
Education:
  • MS Degree w/3 OR BS Degree w/5 OR Equivalent Tech Experience
