Position Summary:
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any process related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. Provides second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in resolution process. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Must possess experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated Hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of customer IT Systems, especially SharePoint, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure and processes.
  • Support day to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for any issues that arise with administered systems, especially SharePoint, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems on, SharePoint, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Provide technical expertise to perform Systems Administration for SharePoint, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Provide all aspects of support in the ICE Collaboration Tool (ICECT).
  • Provide Tier 3 level support in resolution of SharePoint problems including, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Contribute to the development of a standard configuration for SharePoint for development, testing, and training environments
Qualifications:
  • Educational requirements: Associates Degree (in Arts or Science) or higher
  • 5 to 15 years’ experience
